RESULTS: February 2006 Fisheries Technologists Examination, last name starting with B

The Professional Regulation Commission announces that 295 applicants were approved for registration without examination as Fisheries Technologists in accordance with the provisions of Section 36, of PRC Resolution No. 702, Series of 2001 issued pursuant to Sec. 36 of the IRR of PRC Res. 2000-664, per Board Res. No. 01 and 02 dated January 13, 2006, Board Res. No. 03 dated January 26, 2006, Board Res. No. 4 dated February 6, 2006, Board Res. No. 5 dated February 6, 2006, Board Res. No. 6 dated February 8, 2006, and Board Res. No. 7 dated February 8, 2006.

The oathtaking ceremony of the approved applicants as well as those who have not taken their oath of professional will be held before the Board on Friday, March 10, 2006 at 1:00 o'clock in the afternoon at the Manila Hotel, One Rizal Park, Manila.

Professional Identification Card (ID) and Certificates of Registration will be issued to the new Fisheries Technologists during the oathtaking ceremony. They are advised to register with the Commission starting Monday, February 13, 2006 but not later than March 7, 2006 for PRC Central Office and on March 3, 2006 for PRC Regional Offices. Those who will register are required to bring the following: duly accomplished Oath Form or Panunumpa ng Propesyonal, current Community Tax Certificate (cedula), 2 pieces passport size picture (colored with white background and complete nametag), 1 piece 1" X 1" picture (Colored with white background and complete nametag, 2 sets of metered documentary stamps, and one (1) short brown envelope with name and profession; and to pay the Examination Fee of P900.00, Initial Registration Fee of P600.00 and Annual Registration Fee of P450.00 for 2006-2009. Those who will not register will not be issued their Professional Identification Card (ID) and Certificates of Registration.

Registration for membership with the Philippine Society of Fisheries (PSF). will start on Monday, February 13, 2006.
