List of passers of the FEBRUARY 2009 PHYSICIAN LICENSURE EXAMINATION, last name starting with P
The Professional Regulation Commission has announced that 1,083 out of 1,685 passed the Physician (Complete, Prelims and Finals with Prelims) Licensure Examination given by the Board of Medicine in the cities of Manila and Cebu this February.
Marky Jod Abay Randes of the University of the East Ramon Magsaysay Memorial Medical Center topped the exam with a rating of 87.25 percent. In second was Judy Emil de la Cruz of Far Eastern University-Nicanor Reyes Medical Foundation, 86.83 percent; and Kenneth Karl Liu Dy of University of Santo Tomas at third with 86.58 percent.
The rest of the top ten are Julie Rae Evangelista Lacson (Our Lady of Fatima University-Valenzuela, 86,33 percent); Don Leo Sullano Pepito (UERM,86.25); Victor Denoga Estacio (UP Manila, 86.17); Aillen Eleizer Ng Mangulabnan (Fatima, 86.08); Charlie Ercilla Labarda (Fatima, 86); Clarito Diaz Demaala III (UST, 85.92), and Jessica Alcala Amarante (Fatima, 85.58).
UP Manila, Central Philippine University and Cebu Institute of Medicine had a passing rate of 100 percent with at least 10 examinees. Fatima (56 percent passing rate) and FEU (88 percent passing rate) had the most number of successful examinees.
Results were released two working days from the last day of examination.
Members of the Board of Medicine who gave the licensure exams are Dr. Restituto de Ocampo, chairman; Dr. Florentino Doble, Dr. Edgardo Fernando, Dr. Miguel Noche, Dr. Jose Cueto Jr. and Dra. Mildred Pareja, members.
